SHIPPING & RETURNS

MUSC only offers an exchange policy due to the nature of products. Our exchange policy lasts for 48 hours after receiving your order. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. 

We are happy to exchange any products that is defective or damaged.  If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below:

• We accept exchanges on items purchased on musc.ae only up to 48 hours after the original purchase.  

• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. 
• Damaged products will only be replaced if the customer received it from the courier in that condition.
• Any damage occurring to the product after it was received by the customer by conditions such as heat or water will not be replaced by MUSC.

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

MUSC BEAUTY COSMETICS is a UAE based company. We ship our products through various couriers, and we do not accept international orders. Orders take 4-7 business days to be delivered. We charge a flat shipping rate of AED 45 across the UAE.
